A person having rapid heart beats may experience light-headedness, chest pain, short breathing, dizziness and heart palpitations.

If the situation worsens then it may cause a cardiac arrest or the person may become unconscious.

A person may suffer a night nausea which may be caused by anxiety, acid reflux, ulcer etc.
