They are administered only on the recommendation of the specialist and it is important to know that adherence to the dosage and duration of treatment is crucial for improving symptoms and maintaining the best possible health.

Cognitive-behavioural therapy is a commonly used method because it focuses on problem-solving, by restructuring thinking and behaviour.

Adopting a healthy lifestyle, by avoiding alcohol abuse and drug use, by adopting a balanced diet, ensuring restful sleep and regular sport.
