For instance, if it is something that you are typically asked to do in 4 hours, make it a challenge for yourself to do so in 3 or 2 hours by motivating yourself that you’d spend the rest of your time with your family, wife, or girlfriend/boyfriend. This would make the seemingly boring task less boring, and you would be able to feel euphoric when you have completed the challenge.
