Course Structure

Weekend One – Mindful Compassion

This first module will be tackling self-compassion as a trait for the people who are studying this course. This course is great as a refresher for what you have learned in the first course of this exercise.

You are sure to get some thoughts and emotions in place since this is part of this compassion amongst oneself. You will be dealing with activities form the previous and current forms that can help you learn self-compassion.

This trait can only be learned when you are able to be mindful about who you are as a person who can do some things and not do some things. You are able to practice more on your flow of thoughts and emotions where you can scrutinize each emotion and thought you have.  

Weekend Two – Four Limitless Qualities

This module will be concentrating on your innermost criticisms that have become thorns on your side. You might not be comfortable at first about your self-criticism thoughts but you will be carefully taught in this module.

You are sure to get some insights on how to deal with these thoughts as made by these instructors. You will be more willing to know about yourself after dealing with the activities of this quality that can ruin in your life.

You can also learn more about yourself in this module since you are more focused on what you are saying to yourself or you are more willing to accept yourself as a person in the long run. These learners will also bring the threads together from the previous two modules and offer an opportunity for deepening practice supported by individual practice reviews with the tutors, during which instructors will support each participant in their next steps after the training.
