Sample resignation letter housekeeping (6)

In this guide, we will see some Sample resignation letters for housekeeping roles.

Sample resignation letter housekeeping

A sample resignation letter for a housekeeping job has basically the same format as a regular resignation letter.

Doesn’t really matter if you are a cleaner, nanny, room attendant, etc., in a hotel or any other related context, still it is necessary to let your employer know you are leaving the job and end your employment.

Just as you may have to fill in your application for the job or a cover letter plus your resume, it is important to write a good resignation letter to avoid burning any bridges and obtain a good recommendation letter.

Dear Ms. Sanchez,

I am writing to inform you of my resignation from my position as a housekeeping aide with New Parkland Nursing Home. My final day will be April 28, 2015, as I’ve decided to enroll in the nurse’s aide training course in order to become a Certified Nurse’s Aide with this facility.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working on the housekeeping staff here, particularly because this job has shown me that I truly enjoy working with the residents. I now wish to serve them in a new capacity and am excited about the new direction my career is heading. Thank you so much for the opportunities I’ve gained through working in my current position.

I will be sure to take care of any outstanding assignments and duties before my last day of work. Please don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any particular requests. You can always reach me by phone at (555) 987-1234.

Sincerely,

Gretchen Roth”
