1.       Master Resilience Training Program(MRT)

The Master Resilience Training Program was developed for the U.S. Army in teamwork with the Positive Psychology Center at the University of Pennsylvania. 

The Master Resilience training program delivered by trainer to soldiers. Master Resilience Training Program is a 10 day program comprising seven modules, and it is the bit Comprehensive Soldier strength program.
