The thing that needs to be noticed in this game is that for how long can the kid balance on one leg.

After some time, the kid can be asked to sing a song for engaging any other activity and then see if the kids can balance or not.

Mindful breathing techniques can be taught to kids so they can apply those techniques in this activity and see if they help in balancing.

This game is design for kids of age more than 6. This game is played individually by kids.

The materials needed for this game are a spoon and some water or a spoon and a potato.

This game is played in groups. one of the team members is supposed to carry the spoon with water in it in their mouth and take it to the other group member without dropping water.

To make this game difficult, tickets can be asked to move backward or sideward.

This game helps kids pay attention to their actions, body movements and hence increase mindfulness.

The game Simon says is a very common game that almost every one of us had played in our childhood.

This game is designed for kids above age 4. The game can you played individually or in groups.

In addition to increasing mindfulness, this game improves the listening and hearing abilities of kids.

There is a leader in this game who commands the people to perform specific actions, followed by the words ” Simon says”.

The kids are supposed to fulfill the command only if it contains Simon says in the beginning, otherwise the kids would lose.
