Why Mindfulness colouring?
Mindfulness colouring can be very helpful if you are trying to destress after a long days work or maybe you have something that is bothering you and you are trying to free your mind to avoid thinking about whatever is worrying you.
Mindfulness colouring can also be a very good way for us to visualise things that we want to see manifested in our lives by colouring them in.
Mindfulness colouring can help us increase our focus, mindfulness and overall well being.
If you are trying to relax and you are finding it very hard to do even in a quiet room then you may want to try this, it can be a good thing to do if you want to meditate or at moments when you are feeling extremely stressed out but this is no substitute to getting expert mental health help.
This is especially true if you have already been prescribed medication for your mental health issues, you shouldnt see doing a bit of colouring as a substitute to your drugs which have been prescribed to you, even if you begin to feel significantly better from colouring.
Stopping your medication abruptly or missing a dosage of your medication could leave you feeling worse and even make you develop withdrawal symptoms to the drugs you were previously taking.

Can Mindfulness colouring help kids?
If you have kids who you find hard to get to settle down and concentrate then using mindfulness colouring as a task which they do after school, before dinner or at whatever point you want them to settle down and do something which calms them down.
If you want to help your kids then provide them with a few sheets, a few pencils and watch them get lost with the mindfulness colouring.
Mindfulness colouring will encourage your kids to be more mindful as well as increase their focus.
Mindfulness colouring samples

Flowers for colouring: Flowers could be a good pattern to colour in if you like flowers or if they make you feel a whole lot calmer when you stroke your pencil against the paper and slowly bring these flowers to life.
If flowers don’t make you feel calmer or don’t have any prose or cons them you may want to consider colouring in a pattern which at least offers you a brief relief for whatever reason.
Mindfulness colouring daisy: Daisies are a good colouring pattern and if you love daisies then colouring these daisies may be a very calming effect.
Mindfulness colouring Pear: A pear could be a good pattern to colour in especially if you are trying to get your kids to eat their fruits.
Mindfulness tulips for colouring: tulips are also a very common pattern which most people colour in.
Mindfulness rainbow pattern: A rainbow is also a very good pattern which most people like to colour in.
Broccoli for colouring: If you want to encourage your kids to eat fruits then getting them to colour in broccoli could be a great idea.

oranges for colouring: oranges may be a good way to have your kids calm down and learn about their fruits.
