In this brief blog, we will curate a list of mental health Images.
Mental health images can be a good way to reflect on whats going on and see a way out.
Side Note: I grew this blog to over 500,000 monthly pageviews and it now finances our charitable missions. If you are looking to start a blog as a source of income or to help your community then view our how to start a blog guide.

If you are constantly feeling sad and alone then these images may help you reflect but in truth, they may not solve the true problems and issues you may be facing.
If you continue to feel sad then maybe you may want to get a mental health evaluation to see if there may be undiagnosed issues which need your immediate attention.
These could be mental wellness issues such as anxiety, depression or loneliness.
This could be depression or a different form of mental illness.
If you are under 18 then you may be able to use CAMHS.
CAMHS is an NHS funded service which allows you to receive mental wellbeing help for free.
If you want to be referred to CAMHS then you should read the CAMHS referral criteria and fill in the CAMHS referral form.
