It means healthy face-to-face relationships. Spend time in nature, exercise.
Maybe it’s not a bad idea to take a pet (provided you don’t abandon it after you have a new relationship).
Take care of yourself
Rest, proper nutrition and outdoor activities are the keys. Eat healthier, sleep the necessary hours according to your age.
Exercise, maintain yourself physically healthy. This will give you a general feeling of well-being.
