Your parents ruined your life
Many people complain that their parents raised them incorrectly, set them up for failure, or did not provide them with the necessary education or make them live in a way they may have wanted, not letting them choose their paths and follow their dreams.
If you can discover in yourself the flaws that are the result of all this, then you can overcome them and change your future.
You do not have money.
The lack of money is probably the worst excuse. If money is the main reason for your happiness, then you will never be happy.
Money should not make you love or hate life.
Your job is unbearable bad.
If this is true, then quit and move on.
Bad, unpleasant work should be your motivation to start chasing your dreams and trying to get something better, and stop saying, “I hate my life.”
You have no time
If you do not have time to do what you want, then this means that you allow unimportant tasks that take your time from you.
Very often, we think that something is very urgent and essential, but in reality, it is not.
Recognize this unnecessary activity and shift the focus of your attention to what you want to do.
Get rid of everything unnecessary (everyone has it all), and you will have more time.
The reason for the lack of time, most likely, lies in the fact that because of the fear of failure or other fears, you subconsciously give important tasks (dreams) a low priority.
You do whatever you want, but not what is essential. Ask yourself the right questions?

You are lonely
Often people are depressed, hating their lives because they feel lonely. Being in a group is one of the needs in the Maslow hierarchy.
Everyone wants to feel that he or she is in demand, that he has friends who care about them.
When you have no friends, you become depressed.
But the feeling of depression will not help you; it will further scare people away from you.
An excellent way to get out of this situation is to enroll in courses.
For example, you could enroll in a language course; you could get two in one: you would learn a new language, and you could get some friends (communication).
You consider yourself a loser.
People say that they are losers when they have no achievements. However, they always forget to remember their previous achievements or do not recognize them.
If you keep moving forward, you will never be a failure. Also, you can always learn from failures.
You have no aim
If you have not done anything in life, then get down in business! Get started now. It is never too late or too early.
You are stuck in one place.
Many people hate their lives because of the feeling that they are not moving anywhere.
Whether it is due to debts, bills, or bad work, you can start planning your escape right now.
Create a plan with hundreds of small steps.
Take at least one step every day. Once you complete this task, you will no longer stagnate, and you will make your escape before you realize it yourself.
You feel bored
There are not enough tasks to challenge you. You became accustomed to mediocrity. Start dreaming.
Write down your dreams and goals. Your life will become more attractive.
Avoid people with a negative mindset
Stay away from people who tell you things like, “you cannot do that,” “no,” “you will fail,” and other negative expressions.
Such people themselves did not have success in their lives, they hate their lives, and by telling you such things, negative people make you perceive your life negatively too.

You gave up your dreams.
Many people hate their lives because they gave up on their dreams. Remember, you are the person that can make your life more fulfilling and happy.
Do not give up; there are always chances to reach your dreams. But sometimes it needs time and patience.

If you claim, “I hate my life,” it means you perceive your life negatively. Change your attitude towards it, and you will feel more joy.

- Intrapersonal conflicts – when a person abandons his/her inner desires and beliefs, in favor of the demands of others and society, a deep intrapersonal conflict arises. Such a state is ideal soil for the emergence of hatred for one’s life and rejection of oneself.

Successful people do not stick on the thought “I hate my life,” they try to find ways to get out of that situation, causing hatred and how to overcome it.
Here are some tips that can help you overcome hatred:

- Eat healthy food,
- Do regular physical exercises,
- Manage your time planning it as well as possible,
- Spend more time with people who inspire you, and avoid negative people hating their lives,
- Make time for enjoyment too,
- Do not give up on your dreams,
- Listen to your heart, do what you love the most in your life,
