No, because just these fifteen minutes are not going to do anything if the rest of the day is spent in a way that is not aligned to your desires.

Let me give you an example. Suppose you are trying to manifest a healthy body. For fifteen minutes a day, you affirm, you visualise, you think positive and at the end of those fifteen minutes, you say to yourself, ‘Okay, I am done. 

Now a healthy body is mine.’ But, the rest of the day, you keep hating your body, making negative comments about your body, perhaps  even stressing on what your body is incapable of doing, and how much you wish you had a better body. 

In that case, your manifestation for a healthier body will not happen even after putting in those fifteen minutes.

What can you do in 15 minutes to manifest something?

So, you want to manifest. Great! But, now the question arises what do you do. The following steps will give you a routine to follow to kick-start your manifestation process. 

You can choose to follow all the steps or perhaps start with a few and build up to all the steps.

Clarity of what you want to manifest – 

To manifest something, it is extremely important to be clear about your intentions. 

What is it that you want? What purpose will it serve you and your life? How will your life be if you get this? How will it be if you do not get it? The more information you get regarding your desire, the easier and quicker the process of manifestation will be. The second thing to keep in mind is to be as specific as possible. 

Being specific is like giving the Universe an exact order towards what you want.

Affirmations

 – Once you are clear about what you want, the next step is writing affirmations. If writing does not resonate with you, you can just take a deep breath, and as you exhale, speak out your affirmations out loud. 

Again, be as specific as you can. For example, if you are trying to manifest a car, narrow down on which model you want, what colour you want the car to be. 

You could even specify which showroom you wish to buy it from. The more specific you are, the more willing the Universe is to granting the request.

 

 Visualisation

 – For this step, you could play some calming instrumental music. Close your eyes, and imagine that the wish you have has been granted. If we were to continue with the example of the car, think about how you would feel when you have the car. Imagine yourself sitting inside the car, holding the steering-wheel. 

Feel how you would feel sitting in your dream car. Let the emotions stay with you. Experience the emotions as if they were happening right now. Imagine opening the door of the car. How does the touch of the car feel? Trace the seat of the car. What does it smell like inside your dream car? Think about driving the car. 

Where are you headed? Are you listening to music? Are the windows open? Are you driving alone or do you have someone with you? Let your imagination live out the exact fantasy inside your head, as you visualise every little detail. 

The emotions of satisfaction and joy that you feel in those moments when you are thinking about having what you want – stay in that emotion. 

How this helps is when you visualise the desired outcome, your subconscious registers the emotions that you journey through in the process of visualisation. 

Once that emotion gets firmly placed in your subconscious and your unconscious, it increases your vibration, thus making your desires reach you faster.

  Gratitude

 – Now that you have spent a few minutes visualizing, you can then move on to this step. Show gratitude. This simple step can accelerate the process of manifestation. 

All you have to do is truly thank the Universe for all that it has given you. Think of your life and pick some things that you are truly thankful for. 

And, in the end, thank the Universe for granting your desire. 

For example, ‘I thank the Universe for giving me the car of my dreams.’ This trick where you thank the Universe for something you want even before you have it, sends a message that you have complete faith in the working of the Universe that your desires will be manifested.

  Let go 

– After thanking the Universe, you let go of the desire. This is probably the most difficult step for most people. 

You have to now stop thinking about the outcome, stressing about the how and where and the other hundred questions about your desires. That is for the Universe to figure out. 

Every time you think of the outcome, you are going to send a message of the fact that you do not have what you want, and your vibrations will be of lack, rather than that of abundance.

Take Action

 – This is the most important step. Taking aligned action for your desire is crucial to the process of manifesting. No matter what it is that you seek, you have to take action towards it. 

Suppose you write affirmations, visualise what you want, show gratitude for what you have, even let go and just sit back and do nothing to actually get that car. 

The Universe could be sending you signs, but you not taking the action is not going to get you what you desire. You have to go to the showroom and actually buy the car. 

Or perhaps, pick the phone of the salesperson who is going to give you the discount that will put your dream car in your budget. None of the previous steps will lead to anything if you do not act.

So, there you go. Performing these simple steps will not take more than fifteen minutes of your time, but if you make it a habit to do these things everyday, slowly you will find that everything you want is coming to you quicker and quicker.
