Normally, the 10-second default sound is good enough to get a stable reading.

This is a very interesting concept and I think I haven’t seen anything like it in any other fitness app. Even though you can still check some of the common metrics that are present also in other apps, Google has a different approach. Additionally, Google has partnered with the American Heart Association and have created two goals based on the Heart Association’s activity recommendations that you can also see when you are on the app.
