Stress about the future or the past can affect an individual’s emotional, psychological as well as physical health.

Stress management and team-building activity is a group activity meant for developing mindfulness in individuals.

This activity allows the individuals to arrange themselves in a group and throw balls to each other one after the other.

The number of balls increases gradually such that everybody has to pass on five to six balls at a time.

The individuals enjoy at first but then they find it difficult to manage all the balls.

After 5 minutes the participants are asked to sit down and think about what lesson they get from this activity.
