Clint Eastwood Quotes (149+)

Today we’ve decided to share with you our favorite Clint Eastwood quotes since the actor is an inspiration for us all.

How can you not be a fan of the “Million Dollar Baby” creator?!
Clint Eastwood is an American actor, director, and film producer.

He is the Academy Award-winning director of ‘Unforgiven’ and ‘Million Dollar Baby.’ After his discharge from the U.S. Army in 1953, Eastwood enrolled at Los Angeles City College and worked at a gas station.

Tall and handsome, he landed a screen test with Universal and signed a contract despite minimal acting experience.

His first roles were bit parts in films like Revenge of the Creature and Francis in the Navy, both released in 1955.

Some interesting facts you might (or might not) have known about the actor:

Eastwood has held a lifelong distaste for tobacco and tobacco companies and only smokes when required to do so by a film role.

He has also been conscious of his health and fitness since he was a teenager and practices healthy eating and daily Transcendental Meditation.

As part of his deal with Warner Brothers, Eastwood has his own Warner Bros.

Records-distributed imprint Malpaso Records, which has released all of the scores of Eastwood’s films from The Bridges of Madison County onward

Clint Eastwood has contributed to over 50 films over his career as actor, director, producer, and composer.

He has been recognized with multiple awards and nominations for his work in film, television, and music.

He has received Academy Awards, Directors Guild of America Awards, Golden Globe Awards, and People’s Choice Awards, among others.

Eastwood is one of only two people to have been twice nominated for Best Actor and Best Director for the same film (Unforgiven and Million Dollar Baby).

In February 2010, Eastwood was recognized by President Barack Obama with an arts and humanities award.

Obama described Eastwood’s films as “essays in individuality, hard truths and the essence of what it means to be American.”

Clint Eastwood went on to become a prolific and respected director-producer.

In our opinion, the movies directed by him should be on everyone’s watch list, fan or not. After all, even America’s president agrees with us!
