Digman presented his five-factor personality model. In 1993, Goldberg broadened it to the maximum level of organizations. The BIG 5 personality model of personality is available in several languages and applicable in many cultures. This has resulted in research that approves its validity at the international level and also as a theory of personality.

BIG 5 personality does incorporate a huge portion of personality-related terms because of this reason they are called BIG 5 personality. Many related characteristics and traits are included in these five-factor personality traits.
