- Did you ever ask someone questions about their race as if they were a spokesperson for all other members to know more and you are afraid of talking to other members?
- Have you observed someone’s race and behaved differently in some way because of it to adapt to present surroundings?
When you answer yes to most of these questions, you are racist. This doesn’t mean that you are a bad person.

HOW CAN I MINIMIZE MY RACISM?
- Pay attention to thoughts and reactions when it comes to different races. Sometimes, we can’t help remembering what our parents told us when we were young about other races and this can become an unconscious attitude that can manifest for a long time.
- Educate yourself about other cultures. Read and listen to a wide variety of sources whether in books or articles. You need to know what people of all walks of life and opinions are saying.
- Indulge in dialogue with people of different backgrounds and cultures.the more you are ready to interact with other people, the more likely you will understand them.
