As Heidi Hanna who is a fellow at the American Institute of Stress and author of the book Stressaholic states that being able to know what you need to do to reduce stress can help you calm down better from the stress that can impact your wellbeing.

She also added that once stress kicks in, you need to implement your technique of reducing its effects immediately. When you know what to do immediately, you will look at stress in a positive light and be more willing to find a solution to a typical problem.

Researches have found that the practice of meditation and exercising can minimize stress levels and make you have a more positive attitude.

You are less likely to engage in material goods which can make you keep trying to keep up with the trend that can make you stressed. You know that material goods are not the secret to happiness since this is your doing and your lack of engagement of such a useless hobby makes you a happy person.
